You can put this solution on YOUR website! let the numbers be x, x+2, x+4 2(x+x+4)= 3(x+2)+4
 2(2x+4)=3x+6+4
 4x+8 = 3x +10
 add -8 to both sides
 4x+8-8=3x+10-8
 4x=3x+2
 add -3x to both sides
 4x-3x=3x-3x+2
 x=2
 the numbers are 2,4,6
