You can put this solution on YOUR website!
x%2F3%2B+2+=+x%2F6
Multiply both sides by 6 to eliminate fractions.
2x%2B12=x
Take it from there to solve for x.

.
%28a%2B4%29%2F2+=+%28a%2B4%29%2Fa
Divide both sides by %28a%2B4%29, then multiply both sides by 2a.
1%2F2=1%2Fa
a=2
