Can't be done. In order to average 60 miles per hour for a 60 mile trip, you would have to complete the entire trip in 1 hour. But if you only managed 30 mph for the first half of the trip, then it took one hour to travel that first half. That leaves you 0 time to make the return trip. In order to travel any distance in 0 time, you need to travel infinity miles per hour. Like I said, can't be done.
