Since d=rt, this means that 775=r%28120%29. Solve for r to get r=775%2F120=6.45833. So the average speed is about 6.46 mi/min


Alternatively, 120 min = 2 hrs. So the average speed is also r=775%2F2=387.5 mi/hr
