You want to take out factors. A factor is something that other things have in common. And all the terms have got an 's' in them. So you can take 's' out as a factor. All the numbers are even, so you can also take 2 as a common factor. When we do that we get,
2s(2 + 3t - 7tē)
Hmmm, it doesn't get much simpler than that. The quadratic expression, '2 + 3t - 7tē' doesn't factorise, so your final answer is,
Ans: 2s(2 + 3t - 7tē)
