You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Solve for X
1. %28%284x%2B3%29%29%2F%28%282x-1%29%29 = 2%2F5
on this one you cross multiply, resulting in
5(4x+3) = 2(2x-1)
:
20x + 15 = 4x - 2
20x - 4x = -2 - 15
16x = -17
x = -17%2F16
:
:
2. x%2F5-%28%282x-5%29%2F%283%29%29=3%2F4
Multiply each term by 60 to get rid of the denominators, resulting in
12x - 20(2x-5) = 15(3)
:
12x - 40x + 100 = 45
:
12x - 40x = 45 - 100
:
-28x = -55
x = %28-55%29%2F%28-28%29 = 55%2F28

I checked both these solution using a calc
