Let the two supplementary angles be x and y
according to given condition let
x = 4+ y*(1/3)
But x+y = 180
4+ y*(1/3) +y = 180
(y+3y)/3 = 180 - 4
4y/3 = 176
4y = 176*3
y =(176*3)/4
y = 132 degrees
x = 4 + y/3 = 4 +132/3
x = 48 degrees
x=48 degrees; y = 132 degrees
