5(2+x)> -4(x+3)

10 + 5x > -4x -12
10 + 5x +4x + 12 > 0
22 + 7x > 0
7x > -22
x > -22/7
as this is the value of pi,we get

Interval notation can only be applied if you specify interval of which set?
Complex,Reals,Integers...? That is simple enough once you have the basic inequality,as above.
