multiply by (x+2) on both sides
%282%2A%28x%2B2%29%29%2F%28x%2B2%29=+%283%2A%28x%2B2%29%29
2=3x+6add -6 to both sides
2-6=3x+6-6
-4=3x
divide by 3
-4/3 = x
