For all the probability of all 5 flights being on time, the probability of each flight has to be
0.9=P%2AP%2AP%2AP%2AP=P%5E5
P=0.9%5E%281%2F5%29
P=0.979
So then the probability of each flight being late is
P=1-0.979=0.021
