x=(1/16)y^2
The graph is a parabola with vertex at (0.0) opening to the right.
You graph it by plotting points.
For example: If you let x=1 then y^2=16 and y=4 or -4
If you let x=(25/16) then y^2=25 and y=5 or y=-5
