If it's a square, then the sides should both equal z%2B6.
If it has sides that have different lengths, it's a rectangle.
The perimeter of a rectangle is,
P=2%2AL%2B2%2AW=2%28z%2B6%29%2B2%28z%29=4z%2B6
The area of a rectangle is,
A=L%2AW=%28z%2B6%29z=z%5E2%2B6z
