You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Assume Bill's current age = x years
Jim's current age = x+21 years
Per question,
(x+21)-12 = 2(x-12)
=> x+9 = 2x-24
=> x = 33
Bill is 33 years old and Jim's age is 54 years
