You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Bracket means include that value in the region.
Parenthesis means don't include that value in the region.
-5%3C=x%3C=2 means [-5,-2] the values between -5 and -2 including both -5 and -2.

x%3E=2 means [2,infinity) Value greater than 2 including 2. The parentheses is the normal convention since it's not really a value.
