In 2000 48 puppies were sold.
and in 2001 125% more than in 2000 were sold.
What you do is multiply 48 X 1.25 = 60
A break down can be 48 X 1.00 = 48
Then 48 X .25 = 12
12 + 48 = 60
so answer is a.60 puppies
