You can put this solution on YOUR website!
The equation of a line that passes through points (0, -1) and (2, 3) is
[y - (-1)] = [(3 - (-1))/(2 - 0)](x - 0)
=> (y + 1) = 4/2(x)
=>y + 1 = 2x
