The square root radical sqrt%28green%28%22___%22%29%29 never indicates
a negative number.  Therefore the right side of the above equation
cannot be negative.  Therefore the left side, which begins with a
negative sign, could only have value 0.  However that would make
x%2B4 be 0, which would give x=-4.  However, if we 
substitute x=-4 in the right side we get sqrt%28-11%29 which
is undefined with real numbers.

So, there is no solution unless the - sign in front of the left
side was typo.  If it was a typo, post again without the typo.
