You should have a right triangle with base = x, hypotenuse = 130
and height = x+70.

Equation:
x^2 + (x+70)^2 = 130^2
x^2 + x^2 + 140x + 70^2 = 130^2
2x^2 + 140x - 12000 = 0
x^2 + 70x - 6000 = 0
(x-50)(x+120) = 0
Positive solution:
x = 50 ft (base)
x+70 = 120 ft(tower)
