You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Find a quadratic equation having 3 ± √3 as roots.
:
x = 3+%2B-sqrt%283%29
Subtract 3 from both sides
x - 3 = +/-sqrt%283%29
Square both sides
(x - 3)^2 = 3
FOIL (x-3)(x-3)
x^2 - 6x + 9 = 3
Subtract 3 from both sides
x^2 - 6x + 9 - 3 = 0
x^2 - 6x + 6 = 0
:
y = x^2 - 6x + 6 is the equation
