That really depends on what units you want to use to express your speed. You could simply say that you are going of a mile per second. Or you could use feet per second, miles per hour, meters (or metres depending on whether you speak English or English) per second, furlongs per fortnight, Angstroms per nanosecond, light years, or any of a myriad other ways to express speed.
