you are one zero short.
count 12 to the left from the decimal point.
Then divide by two for the radius.

If the diameter of a circle is:
1.3 • 10^-12 meters, then what is its radius?

r = half of d
r = 1.3 • 10^-12 meters = 0.65*10^-12 m
r = 6.5*10^-13 meters
