Question 323512: I am attempting to find the slope and y intercept of the line. I am expected to write a fractional answer in lowest terms.
My question is what is the slope. I understand the equation to get this is
m=y1-y2 over x2-x1
y= -4/3x - 10/7
can you please assist?

You can put this solution on YOUR website!
y= -4/3x - 10/7
--------------
The formula you have is used to find the
slope when you have two points. You do
not have two points.
------------------
But you do have the equation of the line
in slope-intercept form: y = mx+b.
------------------------------------
Since y = (-4/3)x - (10/7)
slope = -4/3
