Hello,
Let's have x be one of the angles. We know 180 degrees is the total of supplemental angles. So:
x+x-20=180
Combine like terms and add 20 to both sides to get:
2x=200
Divide both sides by 2 will give us:
x=100
So the angles are:
100 degrees and
80 degrees.
