You can put this solution on YOUR website! distance = rate*time
You have the distance and the time.
Because we want mph, to keep things in the proper units, we convert 38 seconds to hours. Note that there are 3600 seconds in an hour, so we have 38/3600=19/1800 hours.
3/2=r(19/1800)
r=2700/19=142.1
You are traveling about 142 mph. What are you driving?. A Corvette, Ferrari, or maybe a Suzuki Huyabusa? :):)
