You can put this solution on YOUR website!
let the numbers be x , x+1 & x+2
Sum of the numbers = 144
x+(x+1)+(x+2)=144
3x+3=44
add -3
3x+3-3 = 44-3
3x=41
x is a variable, 3 is the co-efficient and the numbers are constant
