Let x=width
4x-7 = length

2(x)+2(4x-7)=136
2x+8x-14=136
10x=150
x=15 = width

4x-7= length
4(15) -7=60-7=53 = Length
Check: 2*15 + 2*53
30+106=136
It checks!
