(-3, -1) and has a slope of 2/5
Y=mX+b where m=slope & b=the Y intercept.
-1=2/5*-3+b
-1=-6/5+b
b=-1+6/5
b=-5/5+6/5
b=1/5 ans.
Y=2X/5+1/5 ans.
