You can put this solution on YOUR website! (-3, -1) and has a slope of 2/5
Y=mX+b where m=slope & b=the Y intercept.
-1=2/5*-3+b
-1=-6/5+b
b=-1+6/5
b=-5/5+6/5
b=1/5 ans.
Y=2X/5+1/5 ans. (graph 300x200 pixels, x from -6 to 5, y from -10 to 10, 2x/5 +1/5).
