Solve the equation and check your answer. (q+5)/3 + (q-5)/5 = 10/3

Multiply thru by 15 to get:
5(q+5) + 3(q-5) = 5*10
5q+25 + 3q-15 = 50
8q + 10 = 50
5q = 40
q = 8

5(q+5)+3(q-5) /15= 10/3
5q+25+3q-15 / 15 = 10/3
8q+10 /15=10/3
3(8q+10)=15*10
6(4q+5)=150
4q+5= 150/6
4q+5=25
4q=20
q=5
..
5+5 / 3 + 5-5/3
10/3 +0
= 10/3
