y=1/4x + 39

Hint: Since x=%281%2F8%29y+-+1, we can plug this into y=%281%2F4%29x+%2B+39+ to get y=%281%2F4%29%28%281%2F8%29y+-+1%29+%2B+39+. Ie, replace 'x' with %281%2F8%29y+-+1. Now you have an equation with one variable.
