m= slope & b=the Y intercept.
m=(Y2-Y1)/(X2-X1)=(-13-7)/(2+3)-20/5=-4 ans. for the slope.
7=-4*-3+b
7=12+b
b=7-12
b=-5 ans. for the Y intercept.
Y=-4x-5 is the line equation thrugh these 2 points.
