From x + 5, we use -5.
1 x -5 = -5
-5 + 4 = -1
-1 x -5 = 5
5 + -5 = 0...This zero means NO REMAINDER.
From this chart, the factor (x - 1) is found.
This means the quotient in this case is (x - 1).
