this is the difference of two squares and follows the form:
+x%5E2-y%5E2+=+%28x-y%29%28x%2By%29+
find the square root of each term
+%286x%5E2y-7z%5E2%29%286x%5E2y%2B7z%5E2%29+
This is as far as it can be factored



Next
+x%5E2+-5x+-14+
With this, as yourself what two numbers, when multiplied give you 14, but when added or subtracted give you 5.
The answer is 7 and 2.

The have opposite signs because the 14 is negative. And because the middle term is also negative, the larger of the two values has to be the negative one.
