IF you're doing the circumferance AND the 10 ft. is the diaameter then:
c=pid
c=3.14*10
c=31.4 ft.
12 inches =1 ft.
Therefore you'll need 31.4 bricks.

c=2*3.14*10
c=6.28*10
c=62.8 ft.
Therefore you'll need 62.8 bricks.
