Because of the very definition of logarithms, we have the following identity:
If lg%5BX%5D%28Y%29+=+Z, then X%5EZ+=+Y
Therefore, if
q=lg+%5B37%5D%28p%29 then, 37%5Eq+=+p
So D is the correct answer.
