2 – 3[-4 + 6] ÷ (-2)
= 2-3(2) ÷ (-2)
= 2-6/(-2)
= 2+3
= 5
....
f(x) = x3 + 2x2 – 5x + 8
f(-1) = (-1)^3 + 2(-1)^2 - 5(-1) + 8
=> f(-1) = -1 + 2 + 5 + 8
=> f(-1) = 14
