You can put this solution on YOUR website!
4% butterfat = x quarts
1%butterfat = 6-x quarts
2% mixture= 6 quarts
..
the concentration of individual fats make the final mix.
0.04x+0.01(6-x)=0.02*6
0.04x+0.06-0.01x=0.12
0.03x=0.12-0.06
multiply the equation by 100
3x=12-6
3x=6
x=2
