put line in slope intercept form y=mx+b
b=y-intercept
set y=0 to find x-intercept
3y=-2x+15
y=(-2/3)x+5
5=y-intercept
0=(-2/3)x+5
-5=(-2/3)x
-15=-2x
15/2=x-intercept
