You can put this solution on YOUR website! y > -3x 
 Simply treat the inequality as an equals sign, and graph the line y=-3x, but use a dotted line because it is just a > sign.
 
 4y+2x < -2
 Isolate for y:
 
 4y < -2x - 2
 y < -2x/4 -2/4
 y < -x/2 -1/2
 
 Treat this the same as y = -x/2 -1/2
 
 Draw the 2 lines (the first one is dotted because it's less than, the second one is a solid line because it's less than or equal to).
 
 Shade in the region that is above the y=-3x line and below the other line. The shared region should be a little triangle in the 4th quadrant (bottom right corner)
