logarithmic rule: logb (m/n) = logb (m) - logb (n) 
ln is base e, where e is Euler's Number, approx. 2.718, so b = e
 
ln (x/(x-4)) = ln 4 
x/(x-4) = 4 (took away the ln, this should be equivalent) 
x = 4(x-4) 
x = 4x - 16 
-3x = -16 
3x = 16 (divided both sides by -1) 
x = 16/3 = 5.333 (to the nearest thousandth)
