Question 315259: I need you help please. I need to show answers in decimal, fraction, percent, exponent and scientific notation. The problem is 2^3/2^7. What I came up with is in decimal it would be 0.062. In scientific notation would be 1.6*10^1. In fraction it would be 1/16. I need help in converting to percentage. Are the other answers correct? Please advise. Thank you.
You can put this solution on YOUR website! <--- CORRECT!
In decimal form, <--- CORRECT!
Now switching from decimal to scientific, you lost something.
To go from decimal to scientific, move the decimal point over two places, and add an exponent of 2 (from the 2 place move).
The last one you need is percent.
Percent means out of 100.
Solve for X and then your answer is X%.
