You can put this solution on YOUR website!
When there is a negative exponent, all it means is that it becomes the reciprocal (flip the fraction)

For example, 9^(-2) = 1/9^2 = 1/81

So, if you have (9/10)^-2, it means you just flip the 9 and 10, and square both of them:

(9/10)^-2
=(10/9)^2
=100/81
