You can put this solution on YOUR website!
I do this the easy way, with plus and minus points. If he needs an AVERAGE of 95, just figure each score as a + or - points from 95. The first grade is 95, so that is + or - 0. The second grade is 91, which is a -4 from 95. So he needs a +4 points on the third test to average to 95, so he needs 95+4=99 on the third test.

If you need an equation to solve it will look like this:
%2895%2B91%2Bx%29%2F3=95. This works well also, but it takes longer.
