I don't get how to do it, I've tried everything, Please help

You can put this solution on YOUR website! You need to start by dividing out the 3 with the 6, which leaves a factor of 2 in the denominator. Next, remember the Laws of Exponents, where when you divide with the same base number, you SUBTRACT the exponents. When you subtract the exponents, you get
