Question 312197: Graph the linear equation x-y=4
Answer by fractalier(6550) (Show Source):
You can put this solution on YOUR website! There are a couple of ways to do this.
From x - y = 4, you can use the intercept method easiest...but you might
just want to solve for y and get
x - y = 4
x = y + 4
y = x - 4
The y-intercept is (0,-4) and the slope is 1.
Place a point at (0,-4), then go up one and over one, plot another.
Repeat and connect the dots.
