Find the area of a parallelogram whose sides are 6 inches and 8 inches and whose longer diagonal is 12 inches.

You can put this solution on YOUR website! the method that springs to mind here is the Cosine Rule to find an angle then to use Area of triangle=(1/2)absinC etc.
Have you done this? If not, then this is not the approach for you. I cannot think of another method.
