=>2x/(2x-1) - (x+1)/(x+3) = (3x+1)/(2x-1)
=> 2x(x+3) - (x+1)(2x-1) = (3x+1)(x+3) (by simplifying)
=>2x^2+6x-(2x^2-x+2x-1)=3x^2+9x+x+3
=>2x^2-2x^2+6x+x-2x+1=3x^2+9x+x+3
=>5x+1=3x^2+10x+3
=>3x^2+5x+2=0
=>3x^2+3x+2x+2=0
=>3x(x+1)+2(x+1)=0
=>(x+1)(3x+2)=0
=>(x+1)=0 or (3x+2)=0
=>x=-1 or x=-2/3
Answer: x=-1 or x=-2/3
