You have two equations in two unknowns.
t + w = 495....This is your first equation.
t/10 = w....This is your second equations.
After solving for w, I got 45.
But we need to find t.
So, replace w with 45 in EITHER equation above.
I will use t + w = 495 to find t.
t + w = 495
t + 45 = 495
t = 495 - 45
t = 450
