your notation is a little odd for this problem. I am not sure if they are fractions or two seperate problems.
I will answer this question as though they are fractions written as%28%28x-3%29%2F%282%5E3%29%29%2A%281%2F%28%28x-3%29%5E2%29%29
by looking at this problem we see that we can cancel out an x-3 from each fraction leaving us
%281%2F%282%5E3%29%29%2A%281%2F%28x-3%29%29
from 2%5E3=8
1%2F%288%2A%28x-3%29%29 distribute the 8
1%2F%288x-24%29
