a cut 4 accross and 5 vertical would make an even amount of cake(20 slices) but if there is frosting on the sides of the cake well that makes it more difficult.
is there more frosting on top then on sides, theres got to be more information to solve this question. in order to have the same amount of frosting on each peice either theres frosting on everything including the bottom or theres only frosting on the top of the cake...good luck with this.
