you did it wrong when you said that %284%2F3%29%5E-2=%283%2F4%29%5E-2
That just makes no sense.
The right thing to say is
%284%2F3%29%5E-2=%283%2F4%29%5E2
Since you seem to have a handle on these problems, I would suggest finishing by yourself.
